Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
Your purchase, enrollment in, and use of services and programs (“Coaching”) offered by Physicians+ (“Physicians Plus”), including access to our website and its subdomains (collectively, the “Site”), are governed by these Terms and Conditions. If you purchase or enroll in Coaching program on behalf of another individual (e.g., a parent purchasing for a student), these Terms and Conditions apply to both you and the individual receiving the services (collectively, “You” or “you”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between Physicians Plus, LLC and you.

2. Individual Use of Programs
Each Program purchased is for the use of one individual only. Sharing access to a Program with others is prohibited. Physicians+ reserves the right to revoke access to a Program without refund if it is determined that it is being used by more than one individual.

3. Eligibility
Individuals under the age of 18 may not purchase or enroll in Programs without the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. By enrolling a minor in a Program, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian with legal authority to do so.

4. Program Fees and Payment
All fees for Programs are outlined in your Physicians+ Service Agreement. Payment must be completed within 30 days of the attributable coaching session. If payment is not completed within 30 days, a late fee of 10% of the original invoice will be applied each additional day following the 30-day window.

5. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Refund Policy
Refunds are not available after a session concludes.

7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Physicians+, including text, videos, audio, images, and other materials (collectively, “Program Content”), is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Program Content is for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Links to Third-Party Sites
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. Physicians+ is not responsible for the content, products, or services provided by these third-party sites and does not endorse or guarantee their accuracy or reliability.

9. User Content
If you submit comments, photos, or other materials (“User Content”) to Physicians+ through our Site or other platforms, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, publish, and display this content for promotional or operational purposes.

10. Program Modifications
Physicians+ reserves the right to update or modify the content available to its clients to ensure relevance and quality.

11. Code of Conduct
Clients and Partners are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior. Physicians+ reserves the right to remove individuals who act disruptively or violate these Terms. Removed participants are not eligible for refunds.

12. Technical Requirements
Access to certain features of our Programs may require an internet connection or specific technical capabilities. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device meets these requirements.

13. Disclaimer of Liability
All Programs and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Physicians+ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Programs or Site.

14. No Guarantee of Results
While our Programs are designed to support personal and professional development, Physicians+ does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as admission to educational programs or career advancements.

15. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Physicians+ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon being posted to our Site, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
